For this project at Polimoda, my team and I crafted a fresh (re)merchandising strategy for Sacai's menswear line, focusing on a “high summer” drop for the S/S 2022 main or pre-collection. We dove into brand analysis, trend research, competitive mapping, product range planning, and SWOT analysis, ultimately developing a detailed 8-week merchandise plan. Our strategy aimed to enhance Sacai’s product offering, meet customer expectations, and optimize sales for the summer season.
